All virtual training subscriptions must be completed within the four-week subscription period unless otherwise approved by a member of the FMBC administrative team. No exceptions.

To cancel your membership at any time, please email us at office@fitmindfulbodyclub.com, Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM PST. Payment is non-refundable.

Promotional offers, if available, will include clearly stated start and end dates. You must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.

If an account is required for access or purchases, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

This section applies only to FMBC-branded merchandise or physical goods. Items may be returned only if they are defective or do not match the product description. Returns must be made within 30 days in original condition and packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. FMBC will cover return shipping for verified cases.

FMBC products and services may not be accessed or used in any embargoed country or by individuals on any U.S. sanctions list.

FMBC offers fitness and wellness services intended for general health. Information provided via email, our website, or during sessions is not medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition plan. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. FMBC disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law and provides its services “as is.”

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FMBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to FMBC in the prior three months or $20, whichever is greater.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Disputes will only be resolved on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in any class action.

The prevailing party in arbitration will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and arbitration costs.

All arbitration proceedings and related information will remain confidential.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
